After placing an order the customer will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail with the total costs, including shipping costs. The payment should always be received by TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD before TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD sends the products. Customers can choose from the following payment options: iDeal, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Bancontact and Sofort.

Bank or wire transfer: for this (offline) transfer, the payment must be made within 7 days of the order date, if we have not received a payment in 7 days the order will be cancelled. If there is reason to think that the payment will take longer than 7 days, the customer needs to contact TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD.

Cancelling your order is always possible within 24 hours after you have placed the order and received a confirmation e-mail. In that case, send an e-mail to webmarketing@timeoltd.com stating that you wish to cancel the order, clearly stating the order number. The order cancellation will be confirmed by email. If the cancelled order has already been paid, you will receive the paid amount back within seven days.
If your order has already been shipped, your order will be refunded when the parcel has been returned to us. In these cases you will receive the paid amount back within fourteen days.

Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details. After TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD has received payment, TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD will send the articles. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified. The items you ordered will be delivered in stock within five working days after payment is received.
The package is offered twice at the specified delivery address. If no one is home at both delivery times to accept the package, the addressee will be informed by means of a slip where the package can be collected. TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD cannot be held responsible for late delivery by FedEx, DHL Parcel or PostNL. If unexpected items, for whatever reason, have a longer delivery time, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.

It is legally stipulated that you as a consumer have a reflection period of fourteen (14) working days on products that you buy via the internet. The 14 days start after you receive the product. If you wish to return the article, please send an e-mail to webmarketing@timeoltd.com stating the article number, purchase date and your bank number.

You must then return the product or products to us within 14 days.
After receiving the return, the purchase amount minus shipping costs will be refunded within seven days. For this the articles in question should be in unused and undamaged condition and in the original packaging and with the receipt.
The costs and risk for the return shipment are for the account of the customer, unless agreed otherwise. TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD cannot be held liable for any shortcomings resulting from the return shipment.
TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD reserves the right to refuse returned items or to credit only part of the amount paid if the item is not returned in its original condition. If this is the case TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD will always contact the customer.
If TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD will receive packages that are returned unstamped, the postage will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
If TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD has delivered an article not in accordance with the order, the customer has the right to return the article. In this case, the shipping costs are for the account of TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD. TIMEOENTERPRISE LTD will refund the full purchase amount if the products are in unused and undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
